Unless a special request for the "Meet & Greet" service has been requested, you must present yourself at the dispatch booth located on the sidewalk, outside the building. You must identifiy yourself to the dispatcher and ask for LIMOUSINE VILLE-MARIE.

Within minutes, the driver who is expecting you will arrive. To prevent congestion, we cannot park in front of the door. However, we are waiting for you near by in our special designated area.

Conditions and supplementary charges

Airport service

Domestic arrival:

Waiting charges apply 30 minutes after flight arrival.

International arrival:

Waiting charges apply 45 minutes after flight arrival.

Additionnal waiting time:

Hourly rate of selected vehicle in 15 minutes segments.

Regular service (residence, office, etc.)

Waiting charges apply 15 minutes after established pick-up time.
Additionnal waiting time apply at hourly rate of selected vehicule in 15 minutes segments.

Cancellation

Two (2) hours advance notice at no charge.
Less than two (2) hours advance notice: charges according to order on hand.
"No show" client: charges according to order on hand.

Note

Once the service is completed, the signature of the passenger is not required unless requested by the customer who placed the order.
