ON-SITE COORDINATOR
On-site coordinators can serve as greeters of your guests while keeping track of the arrival and departure of large amounts of people. They can handle "on the fly" changes, new orders and cancellations as they happen at large events.
ON-SITE GREETER
On-site greeters display signs and escort arriving guests to their vehicle or specific event location.
REPORTS
Complete passenger manifests are maintained by us and provided to you upon request detailing arrival times, flights, hotel drop-off locations, and arrangements to return passengers to the airport at the time they specify.
RUNNER SERVICE (Includes van & driver)
Provides errand running only - no passenger transportation. For business meetings, concert, movie or television production sets, or conventions with multiple location sites - transfer supplies and equipment.
